Please note, we do not reply to direct social media inquiries due to privacy and security concerns. All inquiries must be sent to our office email, via telephone, fax, regular mail, or in person. Please, do not send any personal information, including your SIN, personal details, or file numbers you may have from federal government departments (e.g. CRA or Immigration), through social media. We cannot guarantee the security of personal information sent over social media.

We welcome intelligent and respectful discussion. Please be advised that profanity, personal attacks, racism and other forms of discrimination will be deleted without warning.

• Comments which do not follow our Terms of Use may be removed.

• Messages deemed to be spam or trolling, or in violation of the social media platform's user guidelines will also be removed.

• Users ignoring or violating these policies will be banned.

• Depending on the volume of posts received, we cannot commit to responding to everyone.

Appropriate Use

We may hide, delete, or remove posts that violate any of these rules and we may notify the social media service providers of your violation.

As many school aged children often visit these pages and have access to them, as part of their schoolwork and may be looking into details about political figures, we do not tolerate any swearing, cursing, etc. and ask that anything posted be appropriate to be seen by young audiences.
